European law team comprises highly specialized lawyers who provide in-depth assistance with a proactive approach to their various clients (radio broadcasters, insurance companies, oil-producing companies, professional and sports associations) in Belgium and abroad, to help them concert their business and comply with EU regulations.
The team is familiar with the audiovisual field, and is particularly renowned for its experience involving State aids in that area. The team also handles the following matters: competition law, financial services, sports, environment law and the EU regulatory framework.
The team assists its clients throughout all the stages of legislative and litigation proceedings, ranging from lobbying to defence before the European Union’s Court of First Instance and the Court of Justice in Luxemburg.
